oh, ya, uh-Florance

this computer is being a pain, the pics above are of latina, florance pics will be up when i find a good computer.
went to florence, like, a week ago. it was kind of a whirlwind tour, so there is not much to report besides the photos... oh, exept that we saw the tresury of the family that finaced most of the renisance and practically owned florence. it was totaly mind blowing, these little knick-knacs were more extravagant than anything i've ever imagined. ivory, coral, gold, rubies, emerald, all on one statue. basins made entirely of afgani blue lapis. basins shaped as boats, made out of crystle with gold, gem encrusted, cannons. totaly overwhelming.
